The Lead partner, after having sent the project to the Joint Technical Secretariat via Internet, will receive an electronic acknowledgement of delivery and an identifying code. This code will accompany the project throughout its instruction and implementation, allowing a regular and precise follow-up of the operation.

Throughout the implementation of the project, the Lead partner can, at any time, get information and follow the course of the operation. At each stage, it is indeed possible for him to manage the evolution of the operation through close contacts with the local authorities, in particular with the Joint Technical Secretariat.
